Francis Chan – 3 minutes on The Middle Road

For the past few weeks I have been leading the elders from my church through the RightNow Leadership Development Kit. It’s been a great time of dreaming about our mission and strategy as a church.
Francis Chan’s session on Leading Beyond Comfort was really challenging. Here’s a 3-minute clip of Francis defining this new “middle road” that many Christians want to travel on.
We created the RightNow Leadership Kit so that pastors could lead their staff and leaders through the 6 sessions as a retreat or a part of their regular meeting times. Other teachers include Mark Batterson, Matt Chandler and George Barna. More info about the kit can be found here.
